Hi, Welcome to Crystals Hut, a place that you can find fine products made from combination of Swarovski Pearls, Glassstone, Crystals, etc.

At Crystals Huts, you can find accessories such as bracelets, earrings, necklaces, rings, handphone/key charms, watches, etc. All of our items are made of genuine Swarovski Crystal beads and pearls. Quality is guaranteed.

I also do MTM (Make to Measure) on all my items, include bride jewellery. And also provide custom corporate products such as handphone charms, I.D tag necklaces etc.

Note: You may need to state head code, body type and fluffy color when ordering zodiacs and angels hp charms.

Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceed.

Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.

1. We only accept full payment.
2. Payment can by made by Internet Banking/ATM fund transfer to POSB Saving account.
3. All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars.
4. All prices are inclusive of normal postage.
5. Upon payment, please allow us at least 3 working days to make and send out your order.

-Outside Singapore-
1. We only accept full payment.
2. Payment can be made by Fund transfer/PAYPAL. (Please email us the item codes, we will PM you the total, you simply transfer the total amount to us via Paypal using the PERSONAL tab)

4. All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges to the destination counter. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the shipping rates. Worldwide shipping (with tracking number) using Singapore Post is available

All payments should be made within 7 days after we send out the confirmation email.

Items not paid within this time frame will be put up on sale again.

-Within Singapore-
1. Normal mail - Free Of Charge (FOC)
2. Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.20.
3. Self Collection can be arranged at Sengkang/Punggol or Bedok area at my convenience WITHIN Singapore.

-Outside Singapore-
The postage will be advised through email. Worldwide shipping with tracking number using Singapore Post is available. Customer can check the rates here


Note: All items will be packaged properly (bubble wrap) with a return address as well, but we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items! We also have boxes but you may need to pay for it.

If you items are damaged, do tell us and we will repair it for free (ONLY for the 1st time, subsequent there is a sub-charge of SGD$5 - SGD$20) but you will have to bear all extra postage and material costs incurred.

CrystalsHut shall not be held any responsibilities for lost mail. We strongly recommend customers to use registered mail.
